CONSIGNMENT SERVICE & CARE FEES
All relevant charges for processing and repairs will be added to your account at time of processing and will be deducted from any amount owing to you.

AUTHENTICATION & APPRAISAL 
Our consignment team carefully reviews all pre-loved items in order to confirm authenticity. Should we deem that any item requires further authentication, they will be reviewed by a third-party authentication service.

VALUATION
Valuation is based on factors such as, the current market resale value, trends and condition of the product.

PRODUCT CYCLE & RETRIEVALS
Items will be consigned for a minimum of 6 months. Any remaining items after the selling season are reviewed to determine the next best steps to support the sale of the item. 
If the Consignor wants to retrieve a product before the 6month, a processing fee of $25 CAD (per item)  will be charged to the account or paid out prior to pick up. Retrieval requests may take up to 15 days to process depending on the time of request. Please note that items may sell during the Retrieval processing period.

PAYOUT
The commission rate will be 50% of the final selling price (unless otherwise stipulated).
