Shipping policy 
All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Please be advised that there could be some postal service problems and delays that are outside of your control.

For Canada and United States: Free shipping on all orders of $199 or more. Any order less than $199, there is a flat rate of $15 for shipping within Canada and $20 for shipping to the US

For Europe: A flat rate of $90 is applied at checkout.

In-store pickup
You can have local pickup at our Montreal Boutique: 2175A Rue de La Montagne Montreal Quebec. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Saturday 11am -5pm . Please have your order confirmation email and Government issued ID with you when you come.
